Lyon Creek Real Estate

 

In October of 2021 we launched Lyon Creek Real Estate to help streamline the process of buying and selling real estate. We have the goal of "mastering the craft of local real estate" and we felt that the best way to do that is to open a boutique brokerage so we can double down our efforts in our local community.

Every home has unique characteristics, every client has different goals, and the real estate market is constantly shifting. It's our goal at Lyon Creek Real Estate to use our experience, data analytics, and creative juices to help our clients thrive in the fast paced housing market.

We pride ourselves on being a "full service" real estate company which means that we're not afraid to get our hands dirty. Selling the perfect home is easy, we like to sell those! But getting ready to sell a home that needs a little TLC is no problem for us. We can use our knowledge to help homeowners determine what work will create the most equity in the home. We have a roll-a-dex of construction professionals, landscapers, painters, cleaners, stagers, and photographer that will bring each home to life.

Josh is a real hands on agent. I had moved across the country and have never met Josh in person but trusted him and his word. Everything Josh said he would do he did plus more. Josh helped us find our first home. He was very upfront on how the process was in our beginning meetings showing a very great graphic on what we needed to do to give us the best advantage. We toured a couple homes and Josh was able to talk about the neighborhoods and schools in the areas which was really nice as we were new to the area. When it came to place an offer Josh made that process very simple and provided clear communication on what was happening. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a realtor to give Josh a call.
